It came from Grandma’s gentle hands—using acupuncture to ease pain, gua sha to chase away fatigue, and simmering herbal soups in the kitchen that filled the house with a comforting aroma.
When we lost our appetite, we didn’t rush for medicine.
Our loved ones would pull out time-worn herbs and nurture us the natural way.
In summer, the mosquito net would float down softly, and in the corner, a sachet of Chinese herbs would hang, its delicate scent calming our minds and guiding us into peaceful childhood dreams.
