At Herbylix, your satisfaction means everything to us. We understand that shopping for personal items online can be challenging, and we’re here to help you shop with confidence.
Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange your Herbylix items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
When Returns Are Covered by Us
If your return is due to a mistake on our part—such as sending the wrong item, a defective product, or a missing item—we’ll cover the return shipping. Please email info@herbylix.com to report the issue.

Items marked as “final sale” or part of special promotions
Free Gift Items
Items received as part of special promotions or free gift events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email us at info@herbylix.com.
Returns Without Label
If your return is not due to our error, you will be responsible for return shipping. You may use any courier, but we strongly recommend using a tracked service. Herbylix is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Do not return items to the sender address shown on the shipping label. Please email us for the correct return address: info@herbylix.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for your return. If it was not marked as a gift, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
Warranty for Defective Items
If your item is found to be defective within 1 year of purchase, with proof of purchase, you may request a 50% off discount code for a replacement. Email info@herbylix.com for assistance.
