If you entered the wrong address when placing your order, please email us at info@herbylix.com within 2 hours.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address—please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

📭 What If My Tracking Info Hasn’t Updated?

Some orders may take 2–3 business days for tracking information to appear, especially during busy shipping seasons. If there is no update after that period, feel free to contact us.

📦 What If My Package Hasn’t Arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at info@herbylix.com. We will either resend your package or issue a full refund.
